xo.Luxuriate&co. Sterling Silver products have a 3 month warranty period which does not cover negligence by the customer and/or wear and tear. Should there be defects related to manufacturing within the 3 month period, we will gladly assist with a repair or replacement depending on the extend of the defect.
For our real Gold products, we offer a 6 month warranty period which does not cover negligence by the customer and/or wear and tear. Should the be defects related to manufacturing within the 6 month period, we will gladly assist with a repair or replacement depending on the extend of the defect.
Unfortunately, returns due to incorrect sizing, negligence and change of mind are not accepted. We are available to provide guidance for sizing your ring and caring after purchase.
xo.Luxuriate&co. will not be held liable for negligence or fading as a result of wear and tear. Negligence includes: scratches, bending, peeling, breakage, loss or complete destruction of products.
Manufacturing defects include: Loose stones and/or damaged/broken prongs. Kindly reach out to us within 7 days of delivery via email with a picture and description of the defect. We will revert to you within 24 Hours.
With regards to Gold Plated products, xo.Luxuriate&co. will not be held liable for the natural wear and tear. The quality of a gold plated product is not the same as that of a solid gold. Plating may fade over time due to many natural causes however, proper care can prolong the occurrence. Alternatively you can have your jewelry re-plated at your local jeweler. xo.Luxuriate&co. does not offer jewelry maintenance services.
Please be advised that you only have 48hours after order confirmation and payment to cancel your order. Once the 48hour period has passed, we will not be able to cancel your order. Our products are generally Made to Order and it takes 48hours to process the order and begin production. Once production has begun, order cancelation is not possible.
xo.Luxuriate&co. will not be held liable for courier hijacking, force majeure and any other loses after your parcel has left our premises. Please contact us if you wish to insure your product and we will advise on the cost.
